We are Producers and Suppliers of Biltong, Boerewors, Drywors and much, much more.

As well as our shop we offer a catering service for barbeque food events, outdoor, indoor, corporate or private.

Using methods found throughout Southern Africa and combined with marinades, rubs and sauces from the American South, we create mouthwatering combinations that are meant to be.

All our meats, vegetables and salads are sourced locally in Wiltshire and are always the very best quality Mother Nature can provide.

About Our Chef

Head of our family business, Alan or Al as he likes to be called is the ‘Braai Master’ at all our events.

A self-taught chef he has turned his hobby and passion into a business and honed his creative skills to make delicious dishes to suit all tastes.

He is especially passionate about bringing the authentic flavours of Southern Africa to your table but at the same time using locally sourced ingredients in Wiltshire. After much research, he has perfected the recipes and spicing for most of our dishes on the Menu selections. Not content with that, he has also taken the time to create our own blend of spices for the  Biltong and Boerewors of which he is extremely proud.

He always says the sauces he creates are more luck than skill . . . but we know differently.
